Wedding Caterers

Sharon and the team provided catering for day two of our wedding and start to finish were brilliant to deal with. Sharon looked after everything and brought food to the venue in the Smithwicks factory, not so much as a crumb left and guests all raves about it. Thanks again for all your help.

I ordered 2 large sandwich platters from Muse for a girls lunch and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! Freshly made, beautifully presented, great selection and they were delivered straight to our door in time for lunch! A personal note added inside was a lovely touch! Highly recommend.

Private Dining 
We took a private house just outside Kilkenny for 30 people for 2 nights. Muse provided breakfast, lunch and one seated evening meal with 5 courses followed by cheese boards. The quality of the food, the team who came onsite to manage the evening meal – so professional, friendly, excellent quality and value for money. We had dietary requirements to be catered for also – nothing was missed. I could not recommend them enough!

Tirlán Staff Event
Tirlán booked Muse Cafe to cater for our annual Cycle event in the Smithwicks Brewery Experience in September. The food was delicious & plentiful. There were lots of (hungry) happy cyclists on the night. The burgers & chicken skewers were great quality and super tasty as were the delicious salads. Make a list of how many people are likely to come. 2. Pick 2 mains like BBQ kebabs, Lasagne, Honey Roasted Ham, Dill and Chive Salmon, Roasted Cauliflower Steaks 3. Pick 4 sides like fresh herby salads, slaws, Dauphinoise potatoes 4. Prepare a large grazer platter with a mix of hard and soft cheeses, crackers, dips and chocolate to take the pressure off when people arrive - hand them a drink and point them to the cheese 🧀 5. Chop up lots of juicy ripe fruit with lots of different colours and textures for little hands to grab 😀 6. Start 2 days before prepping ahead as much as possible to avoid stress. Enjoy!!
