Our specially curated signature box is absolutely stuffed with Kilkenny and local Irish produce featuring the best of local cheese + charcuterie from local artisan producers.

Whats inside:
* Three artisan meats including Kilkenny’s luxurious artisan meats from Breagagh Valley (George’s deliciously addictive smoked chicken, Andouille Sausage stuffed with sun blushed tomatoes and delicious pastrami or salami).

*Three local cheeses including creamy Cashel Blue Cheese, mild + buttery Tipperary Cooleeney Brie and Waterford’s Knockanore smoked cheddar.

* Sheridan’s famous Irish crackers

* Our homemade sweet, candied nuts, fiery chili pumpkin seeds

* Selection of dips including carmelised onion marmalade, sweet + hot tomato chili jam fresh fruit, pickles + delicious olives.

Our produce is sourced weekly and garnishes can be seasonal subject to availability and substitutions. Our boxes are best enjoyed the day of collection, but can be served for up to 48 hours. To enjoy the cheeses at their best, remove platter from the fridge 1 hr before serving.
