Our chocolate biscuit cake is baked in house and has an ever – growing fan base! Bursting with Maltesers, Crunchie, Rich Tea, Marietta and Digestive biscuits and Cadbury chocolate, and shaped into a festive Christmas pudding, our biscuit cake will be a firm favourite this Christmas.

Côtes du Rhône rouge is blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and Cinsault. This a bomb of sheer deliciousness and drinkability. An expressive, open-knit, juicy with an attractive touch of yeast, then ripe, soft hedgerow fruits, spice, stones, gravel. The palate dry, mid-weight, very juicy with black fruits and tapenade and gravelly minerality. Length on the finish, impeccable balance and so digestible. With yields kept low on this vineyard, the healthy, biodynamically grown fruits shine into the wines; winemaking is resolutely low intervention and no additives are used.
Clos Tue – Boeuf, Vin Blanc – Vin de France 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine has ripe aromas of pear, fig, almond, lemon confit, fines herbes and stone. The palate is ripe and round but balanced by firm acidity and mineral flavors framing the ripe white fruits. The finish is long and juicy with bright acidity and chalky minerals. The fruit is worked organically, hand-harvested, whole-cluster-pressed, fermented spontaneously with natural yeasts, it is fined and very lightly sulfured at bottling.
